The hotel was located in what appeared to be a quiet residential area, making it peaceful and relaxing. It was easy to get to the city center by train, nice for convenient transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience enjoyable.

We found this place to be a hidden gem in a typically English area. The location was fantastic, situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised by the service provided by the staff. They were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a dressing area. The availability of Wi-Fi in the rooms and a flat-screen TV added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. The hotel also provided a great dining experience, with delicious pizzas and superb cocktails. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

USB outlets on both bedside tables, complimentary orange juice & water bottles and milk, exceptionally clean rooms after recent refurbishment, safe location near overground and underground stations, complimentary snacks and Pod coffee machine in room.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. You are within walking distance to the bustling restaurants on Upper Street and the nearest tube station. It's also convenient to get to the London CBD by train. The rooms are clean and cozy, with complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.

The check-in and check-out times may not be ideal for some guests, as they are late for check-in and early for check-out.

Had a fab Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the family room with a separate area for the kids. The little touches like milk in the fridge and coloring books/pencils were a nice touch. The TV was big enough to watch without squinting and there was no noise from the bar. The hosts were friendly and cute.
